Campaign Concept and Visual Development
For the final leg of their 20+ million dollar expansion the Count Basie Center for the Arts needed a public campaign that would excite the community for their improved facility while also assuring them that the Center was staying true to its “Count Basie” roots. I developed the concept and visuals for the “Count Yourself In” campaign. The logo visually introduces the new footprint for the center. The tag line plays on the non-profits mission to “inspire, educate and entertain” and tells patrons to “Count on World Class Entertainment, Count on Engaging Education, and Count on Being Inspired”. Count Yourself In invites patrons to be a part of the performing arts center’s growth and celebrate the new opportunities coming to the region. View full fundraising pitch deck.

The Garrett Reisman Center for Air and Space is a wing of the Monmouth Museum Children’s Museum in Central, NJ. The center, which is named after NJ native and NASA astronaut Garrett Reisman, aims to educate visitors on the science of air and space travel while inspiring the next generation of New Jersey STEAM innovators. The logo pays homage to NASA mission patches, highlighting the educational journey visitors embark on when touring and playing in the museum.

After adding a music school and two new facilities the Count Basie Theatre Performing Arts Academy decided to rebrand as the Count Basie Center Academy of the Arts. I developed the logo for the new institution which would encompass the school of performing arts and school of music. The new logo represents the two schools within the academy where students can build a strong foundation and continue to hone their performing arts skills.View more social media design

MindAligned is based on the belief that when creativity and the arts are integrated into school lessons, students are more engaged and learning improves. MindALIGNED exists to support schools and ensure the equitable access and participation of: Fine arts learning (visual art, music, theatre, dance and media arts, offered in school and taught during the school day by certified teachers), Creative teaching within all classrooms and across the curriculum, Community partnerships with local arts organizations and artists.

The purpose of the conference is to empower attendees by creating a community dedicated to educating and
